TRADEMARK REGISTRATION – AMAZON

The “amazon” mark was registered on 18 December, 2000 by the amazon technologies Inc. in the Singaporean trademark office bearing registration number T0108292G.

Amazon is one of the Big Four technology companies in the United States, Amazon was founded by Jeff Bezos in 1994 as Cadabra and renamed as amazon in the same year. The company focuses primarily on online cloud services, artificial intelligence, and different next-generation computer technologies. Through its Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Music, Twitch, and Audible divisions, Amazon also disseminates a variety of digital and streaming material. It produces movies and television shows through Amazon Studios, and since March 2022, it has owned the film and television studio Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. It also publishes books through its publishing division, Amazon Publishing. The curved arrow at the bottom of the Amazon logo initially appears to be a happy face. The arrow is pointing from a to z, signifying the enormous range of goods available for purchase on Amazon. Additionally, the smiley represents a satisfied customer. The amazon is written in black colour while the curved arrow is in yellow colour. Officina Sans Bold is the font style used in logo.
