The company was founded in 1971. Founder Michael Endiko has always demanded quality and consistency. In the past 40 years, their recipes have been continuously improved and perfected, which is the standard in the frozen salad category. Understand the importance of high-quality ingredients: Hellmann’s mayonnaise, cabbage grown in New York, and potatoes we grow in-house in Arostock County, Maine. Various salads, and of course the pasta and vegetable salads we like today. The new USDA facility offers some of the best luxurious chicken salads. But times are changing. In addition to the tried-and-tested recipes, they now offer superfood quinoa, gluten-free series, and healthy meals containing grains and fresh vegetables. Their main focus is to provide clearer and cleaner flavors to suit consumers’ demanding tastes.
