TODAY’S TRADEMARK – N NUCLEIN

The Nuclein, LLC LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY TEXAS is the owner of the trademark “N NUCLEIN.” Alan Blake and Dr. Richard Crockett, two seasoned biotechnology business owners, launched Nuclein, LLC in 2017. The company’s goal is to develop a portable, single-use, all-in-one self-test for infectious diseases that provides battery-powered findings from sample to answer in under an hour without requiring the submission of a sample.

In 2020, the N NUCLEIN logo was first used. It is a combination mark with the serial number 88611089 that was registered on May 11, 2021, under registration number 6344500. This service mark asserts that the logo’s composition of the colours grey, light blue, and dark blue is/are a characteristic of the mark. The word “NUCLEIN” in a stylized grey typeface with a light blue dot on the letter “I” make up the mark. The word is shown below a row of light and dark blue squares organised to resemble the shape of a developing helix. White denotes background areas and is not a component of the mark.
