However, the third generation, initiated in 1979, rejuvenated the Mustang’s spirit by embracing a more performance-focused approach and introducing the famed “5.0” V8 engine.
Special editions like the Mustang Cobra enhanced its reputation among enthusiasts. The fifth generation, launched in 2005. This era witnessed the introduction of performance powerhouses like the Shelby GT500. The mark is owned by Ford Motor Company and the first commercial use of the mark is stated to be 15th September 1992.
The protection for the word mark is for floor mats of vehicles under class 27 of the International classification. The date of registration for the mark is 18-10-1994 bearing the registration number 1858696. The mark was renewed for the second time in 2014.
