Infiniti is the luxury & premium vehicle segment division, which is one of the subsidiaries of the Japanese automaker Nissan. Infiniti officially started selling vehicles on November 8, 1989, in North America. The marketing network for Infiniti-branded vehicles included dealers in over 50 countries in the 2010s. As of 2020, there were 25 markets where you can find the car’s presence. The main markets are North America, China, and Middle East. In 1928, the actual founder of Nissan, Yoshisuke Aikawa founded the Nihon Sangyo as a holding company, which included Hitachi and Tobata Casting, this led to the emergence of Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. Aikawa the parent company of the Infiniti brand.

The wordmark “INFINITI” has been registered on 13th February 2012 as both fancy word mark & a figurative mark, which can be described as an “ELLIPSE, NOTCHED IS BADGE” with their origin being from Japan. They bear the serial numbers. 1474132 & 1474135 falling under the Classes 6, 7, 12, 17 of the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration in Australian trademark office. The Infiniti cars are known for their distinct looks & features embedded in them.
