The “Hotbird” word mark was registered on 4^th June, 2019 by Chicken Coup LLC with the USPTO bearing registration number 5769130.

Starbird’s goal was to create something fresh and delicious that people could feel good about eating, taking antibiotic-free chicken raised in their Bay Area backyard and hand-breading it in our secret blend of gluten-free flour and spices.

The mark is registered under International class 030 for Sandwiches, namely, chicken sandwiches and chicken wrapped in tortillas. Apart from these Starbird’s menu has Tender Boxes, House-made Sauces, Salads, Sandwiches, Tacos, Wings, Packages & Platters, Sides, Drinks, Treats, Kid’s Menu.
