Today’s Trademark – HERLOCHER’S DIPPING MUSTARD
This DIPP was a staple at bar with pretzels and drinks. It was unique in taste and was a hit at the bar and the customers would ask for the dip to enjoy at home because of its taste. Soon Herlochar’s dipping mustard was available for take out and very soon it attracted many customers. The people throughout the Northeast ordered it for their local stores and gradually the DIPP was in the shelves of the grocer store. In the year 1978 in the month of June, a Penn student sent a note which read that he has moved to California and he cannot live without Herlocher’s dipping mustard and requested to send him whatever this will get me and enclosed $20. In 1997, this DIPP mustard became a biggest hit and a popular tailgate necessity. Presently the have 100 groceries stores spread across 30 states with 8oz dipping mustard.
