In 2012, the DIGITRAX trademark was first used. It is a service mark with standard characters that was registered on May 5, 2015, under registration number 4732077. Its serial number is 85892010. Its objective was to codify the entire theory of music as an algorithm, and it was successful in doing so, earning seven patents as well as a rich collection of note-perfect chart-topping tunes from every era of mainstream Western music.
