“Call of Duty” is a series of First Person Shooter video game developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision Publishing, Inc, which is a leading American worldwide developer, publisher, and distributor of interactive entertainment for various gaming consoles, handheld platforms and PC. The theme of the game is set in WWII, allowing the players to see the war through American, Soviet and British soldiers.

There were some notable features like simulation that the game provided to the players made it a favourite among gamers. The game’s single-player mode presented an incredibly captivating narrative focused on counterterrorism, while its dynamic multiplayer mode attracted over two million players on Xbox Live in a single day, setting a remarkable record for the online gaming service.

The mark which is a service mark was filed for registration on 11 May 2010 under class 41 of the international class while it is claimed to be in use since 2003. The trademark was registered on 04-10-2011 with the Registration No. 4035859.

The goods and services covered by the mark comprise of Entertainment services mainly providing an on-line computer game; online entertainment in the nature of computer game tournaments; providing online news and information in the field of computer games; planning and conducting exhibitions and special events between computer game players and interest groups for entertainment purposes.
