Burgers’ Smokehouse is well-known mark. It is a smokehouse and producer of cured and smoked meats and other foods in California, Missouri. It is one of the largest processors of naturally cured hams in the U.S. The company’s packaging bears “Home of Hickory Smoked, Sugar Cured Meats since 1952”, although the family’s selling of hams by E.M. Burger and his German mother Hulda is commonly believed to go back to the early 1920s. The company now is involved in selling “about 750,000 hams a year, plus bacon, sausage and a dozen other specialty meats”. The 122-unit casual burger chain Hard Rock Cafe began offering items from Burgers in the year 2007. As a part of its responsibility towards the society as large, the company took the initiate of sending care packages to U.S. troops in Iraq.

The trademark of this company was registered in USPTO bearing registration number 2800910 on December 30, 2003.
