TRADEMARK OF THE WEEK – YELLA’S

The trademark of Yella’s is owned by Yella’s Group LLC and was registered in USPTO bearing registration number 6798851 on July 19, 2022.

More than 90 years ago, founder Yella embarked on a mission to discover the finest sandwiches and burgers available. However, he was dissatisfied with the subpar food and service he encountered. He made the decision to build his own eatery where individuals might indulge in delectable sandwiches and the most exceptional burgers in the vicinity.  However, he was not able to establish the food joint due to the impact of the great depression. Today, his grandkids, commemorate his heritage by establishing Yella’s.

Grandpa Yella acquired the name due to his role as a vocal announcer at the nearby dances during the 1930s and 1940s, consistently using loud and forceful shouts to encourage others to join the dance floor. True to Yella’s style, there is no other way to define our cuisine than as “food worth exclaiming about”.
