TODAY’S TRADEMARK – LA HONDA RECORDS
Connie Collingsworth and Travis Blankenship, both American citizens, jointly own the trademark rights to the name “La Honda Records.” On July 19, 2019, La Honda Records was founded on the principle of free for everybody. La Honda Records, a collaboration between Rural Sultan and Ridin’ High Productions, is influenced by the timeless aesthetics of the 1960s and 1970s, the pioneers of rock ‘n’ roll and honky tonk music, and the raw, unadulterated expression of freedom. The label is a haven for counterculture and underrepresented voices, just like its namesake, La Honda, California.
It was first used in 2019 to represent “La Honda Records.” It is a Standard Character Service Mark with the serial number 90107445 that was registered on May 4, 2021, under registration number 6338794. For musicians, La Honda Records handles every aspect of organising the creation, manufacturing, distribution, marketing, and promotion of audio and visual recordings. Together, they present the artist’s music and aesthetic to viewers and listeners. They also collaborate with the artist’s crew.
