The “NuFlavour” trademark was registered on 4^th April,2017 by Dr. G’s Creations, LLC with the USPTO bearing registration number 5175798.

Dr. G’s Creations founded by Dr. Edward G. Wallace, a food scientist and flavorist with over 30 years of experience in the food industry. NuFlavour flavorings come in a variety of flavors, including fruit, dessert, and savory flavors. The falvourings are made with qualitied ingredients. The flavorings are also gluten-free, Kosher certified, and vegan-friendly.

The mark is registered under International Class 030 and 035 for flavourings other than non-essential oils. One of the unique features of NuFlavour is  that it allows users to customize the strength of the flavoring to their liking.
