TODAY’S TRADEMARK – HOME OF THE WHOPPER

The “Home of the whopper” service mark was registered in 5 January, 1965 by the Burger king in the USPTO bearing registration number 0782990.

For more than 65 years, Burger King has been in operation. With approximately 11 million daily customers, the company, which was started in 1954, is currently the second-largest hamburger fast-food chain in the world. One of their most well-known registered trademarks is the Whopper, which is noted for being flame-broiled burgers. Some of Burger King’s catchphrases, including “Home of the Whopper” and “Have it Your Way,” have trademark registrations.
